Great location and friendly staff. Room Percy was quiet, immaculate with great provisions (bath robes, coffee machine and complementary drinks). Excellent value for money - the team have got this just right for those wanting a quality place to stay in St Helier. Afer a few sub-optimal hotel stays in Jersey, 8 Beresford will be our go-to accommodation in future.

La télévision ne sert à rien car la connexion est mauvaise . Image hachuré et son aussi . Dans les chambres Leslie , Percy et Edith = même problème . Prévoir une fiche d’information parkings pour comprendre le fonctionnement .

Location was good being in the centre of town. Room was lovely. A very nice surprise they upgraded us

Great Staff very welcoming. Rulolph was especially kind and opened up the cocktail bar for us on the evening . Central location very clean good housekeeping

We arrived early expecting just to drop off bags prior to check in but were delighted to find our room ready for us. It was spacious, very comfortable with a large sparkling clean bathroom. We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant each evening, The food was superb, service was very professional and friendly. We would like to say thank you to the wonderful team at Banjo for a very happy stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. we couldn't have asked for more.

Just absolutely loved everything about our stay. The building is beautiful and renovated to a high standard. The team there are polite, engaging and professional. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It’s a nicer touch having water and some wine in the fridge totally complimentary. I can also say the food was fantastic and would not hesitate to recommend.

It was perfect for our requirements. We had a great time with an excellent dinner after drinks in the wonderful bar area.. Fabulous friendly and efficient servic.

We asked for an extra armchair - and got it. We were cold - so we turned up the heating. We thought the room needed an extra light - a standard lamp would have helped and we suggest that one is put into the room for other visitors.

The room was bigger than I expected, so clean and the complimentary drinks and snacks are a lovely touch. We loved how quiet it was. The continental breakfast exceeded expectations, it was superb!

Was wonderful to stay in this beautiful place, so quiet yet in the midst of the action.

Nothing at all , we couldn’t get the hot water to work for a shower but that’s all, no major drama.

It was a very nice stay, we also had dinner which was very good too.

My partner thought the mattress was a little too firm but I found it comfy and the pillows were nice. There was everything you would need for an overnight stay or longer I would highly recommend.
